Here in The Children’s House we offer Playschool, Montessori, Afterschool and Breakfast club.

Breakfast club :

Our Breakfast club opens from 8am to help accommodate parents with early starts. The children can enjoy their breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and then be walked to school (We can only provide this service for children attending St Paul’s Primary).

Playschool:

We offer morning and afternoon sessions in our Playschool room. In this room we cater for children from the age of 2 and 6 months. This room provides the children with opportunities of learning through play, socialising, arts and crafts, music , baking, outdoor play and much more. Children attending our Playschool do not need to be toilet trained. Part-time options are available in this room . Children can avail of the ECCE ( Early Childhood Care and Education) Scheme or the NCS ( National Childcare Scheme) in this room

Morning Session 8.45 a.m - 11.45 a.m Monday -Friday

Afternoon Session 12.20 p.m - 3.20 p.m Monday - Friday

ECCE AND NCS Schemes available

Montessori :

We provide morning and afternoon sessions in our bright and spacious Montessori rooms and children can avail of the ECCE Scheme . The Montessori Philosophy provides an holistic approach and helps to develop and nurture the physical, intellectual, linguistic, emotional and social aspects of a child’s development.

Monday - Friday

Morning Class : 8.40 a.m. – 11.40 a.m.

Afternoon Class : 12.15 p.m. – 3.15 p.m.

Opens for 38 weeks of the year.

ECCE Scheme available

Afterschool :

Our afterschool is open to children from all Primary schools however we only provide collections from St Paul’s and St Oliver’s Primary schools . Light snacks are provided, afterschool leaders supervise the children while doing their homework and offer help when needed. Once homework is completed the children can relax, play games or take part in organised activities.

Monday - Friday (Full-time and part-time options)

1.30 p.m. – 6.00 p.m. (opens 38 weeks of the year. We are closed during mid-terms and Summer Holidays)
